We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our customer`s team for a new build project in Helsinki!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site administration activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards

• Organize site inductions and assist head office with onboarding staff and supply chain onto site

• Maintain accurate records of site documentation, permits, and reports

• Assist with accommodation and travel requirements for staff

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project timelines

• Handle procurement requests, deliveries, and inventory tracking for site materials

• Support customer`s EHS department and environmental compliance on-site

• Collate attendance data and assist our payroll dept with accurate reporting of hours etc.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in site administration within construction projects

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Fluent in English and Finnish

• A high level of discretion and commitment to compliance and safety
